Jason has spent the past 15 years as an attorney working directly with businesses resolving collection matters with the federal and state taxing authorities.

Brad has served many roles at Advantage since joining the company in 1995, with his current position being Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer.

Prior to Advantage, Brad had seven years in the commercial banking industry, where he worked for three Texas community banks, and seven years in the commercial finance industry, where he was employed by a national equipment financing and leasing company.
